Broadway Malyan to come up with the plans for South East Asia’s first carbon zero residence. Prefabricated in modules, the house not only keeps costs down it also allows for a speedy construction/deconstruction process. Featuring deep overhangs that provide shade, open, flexible interior spaces to accommodate a variety of uses, a greywater system to reuse water and a green roof garden with a rainwater capture system for irrigation, we can tell for sure we wouldn’t mind living in such an eco house.
