We really enjoy the fact that we come across residences that have a natural element in their structure, in its purest form. This is a great thing in many aspects, but we will just emphasize on the creativity and incredible work of architects that deal with this kind of unusual projects. This villa is located in the
West of Sweden and comes from
Wingardhs design studio. It is a private residence like any other, with all the utilities, and yet it has a main twist: because it was build in a mountain, a boulder was kept as an interior wall in both the bathroom and the kitchen, spreading a “nature feeling” all throughout the home. However, we have to wonder about the maintenance of the unusual walls and the materials used for finishes. Finally how many of you would like a part of the mountain inside their homes ?
