The 15 Notary respond to each city prevailing needs of recreate obsolete buildings which use an specific piece of land, to create new spaces that revalue the property and resolve the zone necessities.

Under this premise taller5 achieved a success, discovering a home second vocation transforming it in offices, with required sensitive, instead demand a larger demolition, took the 80% of the structure and transform the building in functional work areas.

The program required, a reception, meeting rooms, private rooms, restrooms, living room and training venues, as well as the attention and service standards interpretation, in one of the eldest professions in our country; the Notary Public.

The access is flanked with a water mirror and a pre-existent tree; this space works as access and smoker’s area, once the guest is place in the lobby is received for the light and the ventilation, which enter trough an interior yard which is cover with an Ariel Rojo( recognised designer) sculptural screen. The public services area is place in the ground floor while in the second floor are place the optional areas. The main concept was to create sober spaces with light grey tones in walls and ceilings, and oxford grey in floor and structural elements, giving the warm touch using zebrano wood in the joinery.
