Kleinmachnow with a modern taste and open loft character, garden with
swimming pool.

Special Features of the project
Basement: fitness and wellness level with a Bar,
Sauna, Solarium and dip tank
Ground floor: open space – representative level with entrance hall, fire place room, dining room, library, TVroom
Upper floor: private spaces with guestrooms and three bathes, two bedrooms
