Composed of 232 hotel rooms and 79 one, two and three bedroom private villas, Bali W covers 31,000 meters square on four floors. While dispensing with the formula of teak and tile so popular in many of the resorts in Bali, the concept remains AB respectful of the rich cultural heritage of the island.

Architectural motifs reinterpret traditional Balinese art, while the open plan lobby provides natural ventilation for most of the year, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior. Lampshades woven from synthetic rattan pagoda like roofs, while Terazze tile, cut to resemble ribs, inlaid with shells shimmer.

“With the decrease of W & Spa Bali’re pushing the limits for the design of the hotel resort, creating a distinctly unique look that still incorporates elements of Bali, but is unlike anything else on the island,” said co-AB- Concept founder and director Ed Ng.

Concept AB designed the interiors of the resort, including the stunning lobby lounge and a terrace W. day beds and giant undulating curtains inspire a relaxed atmosphere, while the shape and color palette of pink and purple hot tip in the spirit of adventurous designers.
