The basic structural form of the house is a box frame type with reinforced concrete construction. The courtyard, which passes through the four stories, opens the space allowing light from the outside to filter through.

Due to the facade design, the mosaic of cut stone, a strong and weighty feature, appears weightless as if floating over the parking area. The stones also work to add texture and color to the RC walls.
