Program requirements and preconditions. The city is nestled in the northern Andes, in one of the most topographically broken Colombia, its main feature is determined by its mountains, is this geography that defines the identity and image of the city, is what its inhabitants take as an element of identification.It is this image of the city pointing the proposal as part of its landscape and inspire the building and interpretation of the topography.
