The house design was formed a concrete to be made habitable independent of the building site. The concrete shell was positioned at the edge of the remainder of a plain along the Danube floodplains. Its basic measurements reached 615 cm by 620 cm by 2230 cm.

ML Museum Liaunig, Neuhaus, Austria – When Heinz Tesar's museum for the Essl Collection was opened in Klosterneuburg, near Vienna nine years ago it was Austria's first newly built private museum and seemed likely to long remain the only one of its kind. However a worthy successor soon came along in the form of the Liaunig Museum in which a new generation of architects interprets the phenomenon "art" in its own way.

The taller part rises out of a one- to-two storey plinth zone that has incised outdoor areas and private patios, and is shifted back from the lower, differentiated block edge.

The site for the open-air pavilion is a park based on the model of an English landscape garden. In the 250 years of its existence, successive periods have left their traces, and this stylistic variety is one of the reasons for the park’s appeal.
